When you first use the search panel for LeadValet, the years of effort put into its development are immediately apparent. This is the most sophisticated lead data search tool I’ve ever seen.
The database is enormous, but more importantly, it is well-organized. Even when I set very stringent parameters, the application was still able to provide me with anywhere from a few hundred and a few thousand contacts to look through.
When you’re in the outgoing process, that truly seems like a superpower.
  • Extraordinary search criteria
You get a ton of tags in the “Market based” search, which facilitates the search. If you are aware that certain types of contacts won’t interest you, you can remove such keywords from your list.
For instance, you can remove some search terms if you aren’t interested in certain branches.
Additionally, you can provide additional “negative search criteria” that let you deliberately exclude some categories of contacts from your search.
Additionally, you can enter certain specific keywords that you wish your prospects’ profiles to contain or not contain.
By technology used by businesses, you can search. You can categorize based on how much money businesses spend on paid advertising.
The tool is flexible and adaptable to your prospecting approach thanks to all these choices. As you are now viewing the database, you may easily sift the information.
  • “Ignore list”

When you first access the tool, you are shown around the panel and learn about all of the features that are offered. This has been both really easy and useful. Additionally, I didn’t notice that in the other tools I looked at.
  • Integrations
Numerous CRMs and emailing programs are available under the Integrations page, including Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, and the well-known API aggregator Zapier.
That’s the most integrations I’ve ever seen in a program for creating prospect lists. The LeadValet panel also has practical buttons that allow you to quickly export the prospects.
  • Prospects being uploaded from .csv
You can upload a.csv file including the prospect’s first name, last name, and firm name to the LeadValet panel. You’ll be able to get their contact information.
This is a useful feature because it makes the tool adaptable to different prospecting workflows. If you first gather the information about your prospects on a spreadsheet, you can cut out a section of the spreadsheet, save it as a.csv file, and import it in bulk to LeadValet, which saves a lot of time.
